2. All parameters making molds depend on the type of equipment, the service life of lamps and washout solution. All these parameters were obtained under optimal conditions, the equipment and using nyloflex® washout solution nylosolv®. Time principal exposure to tsiforvyh plates was determined at a light intensity> 15mW / cm2. Under other conditions, process parameters may vary, so the above data can be used only as a guideline.
3. Resistance to UV inks is dependent on the type of ink and temperature - these factors may affect the run length of the plate and print quality.
