1. Resistance to UV inks is dependent on the type of ink and temperature - these factors may affect the run length of the plate and print quality.
2. Standard thicknesses currently available - subject to change.
3. All forms of manufacturing parameters depend on the type of equipment, the service life of lamps and washout solution. All these parameters were obtained under optimal conditions, the equipment and using nyloflex® washout solution nylosolv®. Time principal exposure for digital plates was determined at a light intensity> 15mW / cm2. Under other conditions, process parameters may vary, so the above data can be used only as a guideline.



Hardware Plates nyloflex® FAH can be processed on equipment nyloflex® or other specially designated for this purpose equipment. Engraving Digital nyloflex® FAH Digital plates can be done on any laser systems intended for the production of flexo forms.
Printing inks Suitable for all paints and water-based alcohol. (ethyl acetate content below 15%, ketones least 5%)
washout solutions Particularly good results can be obtained using a washout solution nylosolv®. nylosolv® can be distilled and reused.
